The Chief Executive Officer of EPM is in charge of the Company’s administration, representation and business management, and is vested the power to enter or implement, under the limitations established in the bylaws, all actions included in the Company’s purpose or directly related to its existence or operation.
Other employees may represent EPM, delegated with responsibility by the CEO, in matters expressly pointed out by the Company in the administrative action established. As of April 13 of 2021, the Chief Executive Officer of EPM is Jorge Andrés Carrillo Cardoso.
