Exercised in EPM by the Municipality of Medellín through the Mayor, who officiates as President of the Board of Directors.
The General Manager, the General Secretary and the other officials to whom it is granted have a voice in the Board of Directors.
The administration of EPM, its representation and the management of its businesses are the responsibility of the General Manager.
As a service provider company, EPM establishes social responsibility as a transversal axis that guides its actions and is part of its growth strategy and sustainability purpose.
