www.epm.com.co is a website dedicated to the use of various services and content, such as the description of EPM and its Group, products, services, financial information, news, and the relationship with its stakeholders. www.epm.com.co is a domain name owned by EPM, incorporated under Colombian law, whose main activity is the marketing and sale of products and services, such as energy, gas, and water.

All computer, graphic, advertising, photographic, multimedia, audiovisual and design material, as well as all content, texts and databases made available on this Site are the exclusive property of EPM, or in some cases, of third parties who have authorized EPM to use or exploit them (hereinafter "the Contents"). Likewise, the use in www.epm.com.co of some content owned by third parties is expressly authorized by law or by such third parties. All Content on www.epm.com.co is protected by copyright laws and by all national and international standards applicable to it.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, any act of copying, reproducing, modifying, creating derivative works, selling or distributing, displaying the contents of this Site, in any manner or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or any other means, without the prior written permission of EPM or the copyright holder, is prohibited. In no case do these Terms and Conditions confer rights, licenses or authorizations to perform the acts previously prohibited. Any unauthorized use of the Contents will constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions and the current rules on copyright and any other that may be applicable. EPM grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license and right to display www.epm.com.co on the screen of a computer, computer or mobile device, tablet or PDA under your control, to use the object code (not the source code) of the www.epm.com.co The license mentioned above does not extend to the Industrial Property of EPM or third parties, and automatically terminates upon the user's failure to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. The license granted by EPM is made provided that the user may not modify, create, distribute, reproduce, or display a derivative work thereof, reverse the process, reverse the assembly or in any way attempt to discover any access code, sell, assign, sublicense, guarantee or transfer any rights in the www.epm.com.co software. The user undertakes by these Terms and Conditions not to modify the software of the Site in any way.

Any question related to the use of trademarks, banners, logos, distinctive signs and in general of any element of Industrial Property of the Site, as well as those related to the use of the Contents or the establishment of Links to the URL http://www.epm.com.co may be made to EPM in Medellín Colombia at (4) 380 58 90 or directly through www.epm.com.co. Its use, in contravention of the provisions herein, will give rise to the corresponding civil and criminal actions.

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Colombia, the material contained in this Site, including without limitation, texts, graphics, and links, are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or other violation of rights. Likewise, EPM is not and will not be responsible for the impossibility of, or for problems in, the use of the Site or any of the pages that comprise it, including, but not limited to, events such as server or connection problems, interruptions in your communication, or technical problems.
