Selection Processes

 

Selection ProcessesFrom now on, your application to the selection processes will be handled through the Web. You will no longer have to physically deliver your application request to the EPM Building. The system will only allow you to apply if you fulfill all the requirements requested in the process.

To find out more about the new selection processes, published from January 25, 2011, we recommend that you:

 

  • Access our Web site using any of the following navigators: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Safari.
  • To submit an application, use the guidelines located on the tab “How do I do it?,” which will help you use it.

The EPM People Talent Selection Process forms part of the People Talent Management Model based on competencies. The resulting information is essential for the other Organizational and People Management Department processes.

Process phases
The process has two main phases: Pre-assessment and Assessment. Each of them has defined activities.

Pre-assessment
This phase includes the following activities: Publication of an invitation, receipt of application requests, publication of results admitted and not admitted in the process, pre-selection if necessary, and publication of pre-selection results. 

Assessment
This phase starts with the accreditation of the requirements requested for the process, through the presentation of certificates with the characteristics specified in this Invitation, and the subsequent review thereof by the Talent Selection Unit. 

In this phase, the candidates who passed the Pre-assessment phase have their competencies assessed and those who are the best match for the profile required for the position are identified. 

The assessment is carried out through one of the following competency assessment methodologies, which may or may not be conducted by an assessment center.

The invitation to activities and the disclosure of the results at the different stages of the process will be through the Web portal www.epm.com.co

You are invited to monitor the results associated with the Selection Process for which you have applied.

  • You may only apply for one selection process at a time. Therefore, we recommend that you read the different employment offers and apply only for those for which you are sure you meet the requirements and that fit your life ambitions.

  • Our aim is to facilitate the process so that those who are interested can participate in a timely manner. Remember to carefully read the instructions that accompany each invitation to participate in a selection process.
